Your satisfaction is important to us. We know that it is sometimes necessary to return or exchange an item and we want to make it easy. If you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it to us in original condition for exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving it and we will credit you for the entire amount less shipping and handling charges. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, or there is an incorrectly shipped item, we will replace or refund the returned item including shipping costs once we have received it.
If your item has not yet been customized or shipped we may be able to change or cancel the order upon timely notification. Customized items cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded once the customization process has begun. Shipped customized jerseys qualify for return or exchange only in the event of a manufacturing defect or customization error.
